The Honeywell FC40R series is a return-grille pleated media filter designed to install directly in a return-air grille rather than the furnace cabinet, simplifying changeouts. High-efficiency electrostatic media (MERV 10) traps airborne dust, pollen, mold spores, and pet dander while keeping airflow resistance low. Available across 10 common return-grille sizes. Distinct from the deeper FC100A/FC200E box media — this is the 1-inch pleated for return-grille mounting.
